FIELD: agriculture and silviculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves terracing of slopes, making collecting trenches on terrace surface, planting and growing of plants on terraces. A novelty of the method resides in that the upper mounds of the terrace are cut with an inclination towards the top of ravine while the lower ones, inclined towards its mouth.
