FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: Device has differential amplifier 5, filter 6, first and second electrodes 1, the second electrode is connected to the second input of differential amplifier 5 which output is connected to filter 6 which output is connected to the first input of executive unit 7, additional resistor 3, power supply source 2 and key. Additional resistor 3 is mounted between the first electrode and the first input of differential amplifier 5, power supply source 2 is mounted in parallel to additional resistor 3. The circuit of power supply source 2 has key 4 which control electrode is connected to output of executive unit 7. The output of differential amplifier 5 is connected to input of executive unit 7. The operator-to-electrode contact quality control is reliably provided by the device in automatic mode with the R-R interval frequency. In case of disturbed operator-to-electrode contact, break contact warning signal is formed in executive unit 7 and the following electrocardiogram processing is stopped. EFFECT: reliable evaluation of operator-to-electrode contact quality. 2 cl, 3 dwg
