Innovation in apparatus is the fact that evaporator is made as a cylindrical hollow shell, accommodating a piston resting on an elastic anchor ring, the piston is connected with a draft means located outside the shell, and the systems for delivery of source liquid, removal of vapor and still residue communicate with the evaporator casing space at evaporator ends on both sides of the piston.
