FIELD: materials handling. SUBSTANCE: device has level pickups 1-6 in each hopper I, II, III, pickups 1,3 and 5 being working level pickups, and pickups 2,4, and 6, being lower level pickups; device has also OR gates 7-11, AND gates 12-15 and NOT gate 16. All these gates are included into priority units providing loading first of all the hoppers in which loading is below lowest level. Device has also AND gates 17-19 and NOT gates 20 and 21 forming hopper loading sequence unit and NOT gates 22-24, NOR gates 25-27, time counting unit 28, OR gates 29,30, NOT gates 31-35 and motors 36-38.
