FIELD: water treatment. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a casing, liquid admission and discharge branch pipes, a gaseous agent admission branch pipe, a screen installed at an angle in the casing and dividing it into the above-screen and under-screen parts, and a settling hopper with a branch pipe for discharging the sediment to the lower part. Installed outside of the casing opposite each other are liquid receiving and discharge boxes. Lower end of receiving box is disposed in settling hopper so that large heavy particles contained in the liquid before is reaches the screen are separated on the turn of the liquid and fall out into the settling hopper. Owing to the liquid and foam discharge boxes with thresholds the small light particles are entrained by foam and do not get into the liquid discharge box. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 4 dwg
