Slots for flowing a liquid is made at the bottom part of baffle 7. The bottom pipe bank is mounted with a spaced relation to the housing and pipes and for permitting vertical movement. Pipe 3 is secured only in bank 4. Hydraulic gate defined by members 5,6,7,8, and 9 provides pressure-tightness. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and simplified assembling. 1 dwg
