SUBSTANCE: apparatus has chambers of launch and retrieval with necks from the side of joining pipeline and tail-end locks on open ends and flexible pulling tool. Neck of launch chamber has carry off branch pipe, in which detachable cantilever with guiding rollers and stop. Stop is part of cantilever, that is located in neck. Stop has hole to pull flexible pulling unit through. Apparatus also has mechanism of hooking, fixed on pulling cable and used to be engaged with rod of stream pusher.
