SUBSTANCE: device has transducers 1, approximation error converter 2, adder 3, approximation error analyzer 4, synchronization unit 5, encoder 6, commutator 7, analog-to-digital converter 8, transmitter 9, direct channel line 10, receiver 11, transmitter 12, reverse channel line 13, receiver 14, code selectors 15 and 16, digital-to-analog converter 17, reset pulse generators 18 and 24, memory unit 19, 23, switches units 20, 21, 25, subtraction unit 22, OR gate 26, counter 27, comparison unit 28, registers 29, 31, signal alternation unit 30, which has registers, OR gates, two flip-flops, delay gate, pulse oscillators, gates, switch, counters. System does not introduce signal transmission delays caused by repeated requests because basic samples that are generated at transmitting part are sent to channel directly. On receiving part, they are output to user at rate they arrive. This results in possibility to increased information output of system.
