FIELD: forest industry. SUBSTANCE: device has an L-shaped turnable hanger articulated with the end of the crane boom, processor, cross-sawing unit, trunk length measuring gage, set of knot cutting tools, and a feed mechanism having at least two drive rollers. The rollers are mounted on the processor pedestal both sides of the tree, and one roller is mounted by means of a swivel lever. The pedestal is linked with the hanger lower end by means of a horizontal axle allowing its rotation round the axle. The rollers are rotated by hydraulic motors, and their axes run horizontally parallel with each other, perpendicular with the pedestal, and at an acute angle relative to the horizontal axis.
