FIELD: forging production. SUBSTANCE: press includes a housing, in sleeves of which an eccentric shaft is mounted. The shaft is being driven to rotation by an electric motor. A forming zone is closed by a transparent screen. The housing is faced by metallic panels, secured to it by elastic members, placed along a perimeter of the panels. A thickness value of the panels and acoustic pressure level difference (the sound pressure is being created by the press before and after of facing it) are related by an expression, given in a description of the invention.
