FIELD: assembling of parts. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame carrying processing equipment for mounting parts to be assembled and press-fit mechanism formed as reciprocating drive and press-fitting tool coupled with drive. Drive has mechanotronic unit with electric mechanism provided with screw-nut transmission and electronic electric power converter. Press-fitting tool is coupled with screw and equipped with member for retaining it against rotation. Retaining member is formed as guiding key. Apparatus is further provided with NC system. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
