FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: vibrator power supply has piezoelectric detector, voltage amplifier, integrator, transducer strain gauge, controlled gain amplifier and tunable phase shifter. Units are connected in series. Output of phase shifter is connected to the first input of adder. The second input of adder is connected with output of integrator. Output of adder has to be output of vibrator power supply. Piezoelectric detector and transducer strain gauge are mounted onto the surface of object under control closely. Voltages can be achieved at the first and the second inputs of the adder, being proportional to strain voltage and vibration speed correspondingly.
