FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: device has toroidal housing accommodating balancing balls and ball fixing mechanism consisting of friction and pressure rings. Novelty in design of device is that the latter is furnished with second pressure ring installed so that tapered surfaces of rings are pointed to each other, with balancing balls arranged in between, and friction ring is rigidly coupled with smaller diameter housing wall. Made on outer surface of friction ring is radius circular groove. Diameter of groove corresponds to diameter of balancing ball, and arc of conical is of 180 degrees.
