FIELD: radio electronics. SUBSTANCE: gear has application mechanism in the form of multiposition rotary head with rotating mandrels, take-up spindles to carry rolls of dielectric film, band-feeding mechanisms to supply and fill foil bands into coiled section manufactured in the form of mobile carriages with take-up spindles arranged on them to put on rolls of foil mounted for periodic reciprocating translation relative to rotating mandrel, mechanism cutting film and foil and drive mechanism. For cutting smallest possible short bands from rolls of narrow and thin aluminium foil and increase of reliability of their fill when coiling sections of small- sized capacitors band-feeding mechanisms are provided with support knives spring-loaded in direction of mandrels used for formation and orientation of filling "tongues" of foil bands when they are inserted into coiled section. Guiding troughs fitted with clamps of foil bands pressing them to working surface of troughs are positioned between support knives and take-up spindles with rolls of foil. Support knife of one of band-feeding mechanism (left one) is equipped with checker of dielectric bands pressing them to rest for holding of dielectric bands when they are cut and filling in of foil bands into next section. EFFECT: improved operational efficiency. 3 cl, 4 dwg
