SUBSTANCE: device has sensor of generator voltage frequency, differentiating circuit, three filters, three squarers, two adders, first constant signal setter, two integrators which are connected to multipliers, which outputs are connected to inputs of decoupling unit and differentiating circuit. In addition device has analyzer of oscillation amplitude. It is connected to first and second analyzers of oscillation period. Comparator is connected to inverting input of adder.
