FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: essence of the innovation lies in the shaping of the directed flow of the light fraction onto the reflecting lattice whose structural implementation prevents from carrying out of the crusher the rock particles larger than 1 mm together with the fiber. The rotor crusher has housing 1, horizontal rotor 2 with beaters 3 mounted one after another with a gap, deflecting plates 4 and 5, and diffuser 6 for withdrawing the light fraction out of the crusher with the aid of the air. Guide plates 7 and 8 are placed in the gap between deflecting plates 4 and 5 and fastened to them. The plates form channel 9 above which reflecting lattice 10 is mounted at the angle of 20-30 to its axis. Reflecting lattice 10 consists of two floors of longitudinal members.
