SUBSTANCE: device has a facility with clamping shafts mounted on the spring-actuated shock absorbers located at the angle of 40-50 to the surface of the working table of the machine. Balance beams 3 carrying clamping shafts 5 are set up on the shock absorbers for rotating by 2-3. The turning angle of the balance beams is restricted by props 4 placed under the balance beams and interacting with them. The device is made mainly of two clamping shafts. The balance beam is made as a two-sided wedge. The prop is made in the shape of a rectangular plank.
