FIELD: demercurization equipment. SUBSTANCE: container with a closed cover, had been charged beforehand, is being placed by its flange on a reciprocal flange of a charging apparatus of the installation with provision of fluid-tightness. The reciprocal flange of the charging apparatus has a sealing cover, closed at a time moment of placing the container. Then both covers are being opened, and lamps by their own gravity fall into the charging apparatus. Vacuum, created inside of the installation, provides air pumping, in order to eliminate accumulation of vapors of mercury (condensate) in the container, through an opening of the container, provided by a non-return valve. After that operation both covers are being closed, the container is being removed off the installation to be fed for charging of next batch of lamps. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the installation, possibility of demercurization of lamps of any type and dimensions with maintaining of continuous operation mode due to using of sealed charging containers. 1 cl, 4 dwg
