Abstract RU 2044866 C1

FIELD: operation of geotechnical, water and oil wells. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic tool for treatment of bottom-hole formation zone has body with exhaust ports, working chamber with high-pressure channel communicated with exhaust ports and valve unit for exhaust control. The latter has sealed low-pressure reservoir mounted on body. Working chamber of pneumatic tool is made in form of high-pressure vessel with check charging valve. Valve unit for exhaust control has electromagnetic valve with rod and spring-loaded pressure- operated valve with narrow axial channel engageable with high-pressure channel. Pressure-operated valve is installed in body end face and forms closed under-valve chamber together with it which is communicated with internal space of low-pressure reservoir by means of channel whose opening accommodates electromagnetic valve. Body of high-pressure vessel has hollow in which pressure pickup is installed to control pressure of working medium. Pneumatic tool is connected with ground surface control and monitoring apparatuses by means of load-carrying cable whose lug is connected to adapter located on low-pressure reservoir. Pneumatic tool allows delivery of self-contained source of compressed air at pressure of 100 MPa on load-carrying cable to zone of well perforation and to perform pulse treatment of bottom-hole formation zone by discharging gas portions with frequency of 0.2-2 Hz. Pneumatic tool allow control of treatment conditions from the surface to ensure selection of optimal frequency and amplitude of gas discharge to well.
