One end of the lever is secured to shaft 9 for rotation. The second ends of the tie and additional tie is coupled with different ends of the jaw through connecting units for permitting movement of the connecting units along jaw lever 8. The ratio of the rotation radius of the connecting units of the tie to the radius of rotation of the additional tie about the rotation axis of the shaft is equal to 4-0.25.
