SUBSTANCE: device has the housing made up as a hollow horizontal cylinder connected with systems for supplying and discharging liquid, system for collecting vapor, and system for supplying a working agent. Driving drum and two resilient tori are mounted inside the housing in series. Belts are wound on the drum. The ends of the belts pass through the first torus and are secured inside the housing. A carriage is interposed between the tori. The carriage is provided with the spool provided with a belt the end of which is secured inside the housing.
