SUBSTANCE: compression and rarefaction are alternated in branch pipes 2 and 3 by reciprocation of rod 6 with cylindrical rings 7 by means of rotor 5 and linear motor. During rarefaction, initial liquid boils and intensively evaporates. Father is forced by cylindrical rings 7 to vapor collection system 9, and liquid is fed to system 10 for discharge of used liquid.
