FIELD: accessories used in civil engineering and manufacture of furniture. SUBSTANCE: device comprises two leaves articulated by an axle. Each leaf is provided with a hinged lever. Both levers are articulated to each other by their free ends and a spring located on one or the other side of the axle of articulated levers with the leaves in the extreme closed position. Whatever the location of the spring in end positions of the leaves, it is disposed on different sides from the axle of articulated lever joint in compressed condition.
