SUBSTANCE: machine has body 1 on wheels 2, a vat for detergent liquid, a vat for collection of spent liquid with an air suction outfit mounted on the vat, working tool 5, its driving mechanism, a device for control of delivery of detergent liquid, moistening device 6, and a washing device. The latter is a scraper with a double rubber jacket. Working tool 5 is a cylindrical drum with rubber scrapers helically mounted on the drum. The driving mechanism is a series electric motor with a friction coupling on its shaft. The coupling is in contact with a driven disk, and the latter is linked to the working tool shaft by means of a chain transmission. The vat for collection of spent liquid has a cone-shaped bottom.
