FIELD: mechanical engineering; mixers. SUBSTANCE: mixer working member has shaft with fitted on blade in form of Mobius strip. Blade is made up of two screw-shaped band figures coming from one center and turned around their vertical axes through 90 degrees relative to each other and secured in pairs by opposite end faces on shaft at both sides of center. Development of blade strip on plane square to shaft axis is a four-lobe member. Each lobe is formed by portion of ring. Some ends of lobes are interconnected in center of member, and other ends adjoin convex sides of neighboring lobes. Moreover, working member can have second shaft with blades arranged in parallel with first shaft and with blade in mirror-like position relative to that of first shaft.
