FIELD: electric engineering; woven fabrics. SUBSTANCE: fabric has electric insulation warp threads made from shrinkable material and two groups of welt threads one of which has conducting threads and the other one has electric insulation threads manufactured from non-shrinkable material. The insulation thread materials are selected to enable the fabric to increase friction forces due to shrinking warp threads at the places of engagement with conducting thread, when heated, and prevent conducting threads from their leaving the fabric plane.
