FIELD: conducting tests for strength. SUBSTANCE: test set has lever 6 with support 5 for specimen 3, two eccentrics 7 and 9 with retainers 11 and 12. Specimen 3 is loaded by weight 4 by bending, drives 8 and 10 are engaged and eccentrics 11 and 12 are set in rotation. During operation of each eccentric, one of frequencies of motion of support 5 is created; during operation of two eccentrics, two-frequency loading takes place. Test set is used for testing the specimens of various materials and articles. EFFECT: enhanced informativity due to conducting tests at one-frequency and two-frequency loading shifting from one frequency of loading to another frequency of loading in area of test. 1 dwg
