FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: broach has on its working part a row of sections with cutting carriers (with hoist for one tooth) of chip-separating channels at axial direction for any tooth from separate section at rare faces from main cutting face. Broach also has single clean tooth to provide step-by-step cut of chips by cutting teeth and subsequent removal ribs from the groove, which ribs were left by chip-separating channels. Ancillary rare faces of cutting teeth are provided with facets. Other faces are made onto the front face of clean tooth from its main cutting edge and ancillary (side) cutting edges for length, which excesses over width of the facet at an angle, which is equal to front angle of the tooth relatively main cutting edge to get main rare face of grinding. In this case, ancillary side cutting edges are formed with positive angle and to channels are formed as well for removing chips of metal removed from the facets at angle of the groove of article machined into groove for chips. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 10 dwg
