FIELD: railway transport; cars. SUBSTANCE: system has toilet bowl connected with water tank through discharge pipe with non-return valve arranged in its upper part and lower part communicating with atmosphere through pipe with outlet collector, it has fecal pipe, tank-collector with sluice branch pipe, liquid pump connected by pipeline with reservoir whose pneumatic chamber is connected by pipeline with pneumatic chamber of diaphragm meter. Hydraulic chamber of diaphragm meter is cut into discharge pipe between non-return and discharge valves. Novelty is that working chamber of reservoir limited by flexible diaphragm and liquid pump directly connected to outlet collector are connected by means of fecal pipe with hole in wall of normally closed sluice branch pipe whose sluice is furnished with pneumatic drive connected through control electromagnetic valve to pipeline of constantly communicating pneumatic chambers.
