SUBSTANCE: composition has, mas. p. butadiene styrene latex 100; 5% aqueous solution of carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt (as dry matter) 2-4; lime meal 35-40; polyethylhydrosiloxane liquid 3.5-4.0; chemical water treatment slime on the basis of alkaline-earth metal oxides 25-34, and hydroxyethylated alkylphenols 0.34-0.6. Method of composition preparing involves dosing and mixing butadiene styrene latex, 5% aqueous solution of carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt, lime meal, polyethylhydrosiloxane, pigment and additionally added chemical water treatment slime on the basis of alkaline-earth metal oxides and hydroxyethylated alkylphenols. Adhesion of composition is up to 0.42 MPa, light resistance is above 4, washing capability is up to 1,0 g/m²,, drying time from dust is 2 hr, complete one is up to 12 hr, coventional viscosity is up to 14 cm, composition does not separate into layers for 10 days.
