FIELD: public catering industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises stuffing and envelope feeders with augers, forming head with stuffing and envelope supply nozzles, turn-over device and flour powderer installed after said head, a divider and a stuffing batcher in the form of a sleeve with a wall constituting a part of a cylinder, and kinematically linked with the shaft of the stuffing feeding auger. The turn-over device and divider are aligned and have two discs interconnected by coaxial perforated bushing and a spiral wall embracing the latter. At the side of the forming head the disc has a circular slot with at least one connector. The flour powderer is a perforated bushing of the turn-over device and communicates with a hopper via the ports provided in the center of the disc. The turn-over device and the feeder augers are driven by separate shafts. It is practicable that the stuffing feeder be provided with shredding knives at the outlet and with replaceable feed rate limiters, that the stuffing nozzle be replaceable, the circular slot of the disc be equipped with knives and the impeller be made integral with the disc.
