FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has case, provided with systems for distributing gaseous reagent, systems for loading and unloading polymer, and mixer. The mixer is made in for of two hoses. The first ends of the hoses are reeled up reversible drums, which are mounted at opposites ends of the case, the other ends are turned over to back side and fixed to internal surface of the case to form cavities. Central cavity communicates with system for introducing polymer and gas, and each peripheral one communicates with systems for removing polymer and gas. Case is mounted in horizontal. Influence of motions of internal mixing units on turbulization of granules of polymer is used in the invention. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation of apparatus. 1 dwg
