FIELD: foundry, in particular, compaction of core sand mixtures hardened by chemical processes. SUBSTANCE: vibratory unit has frame 1 mounted on carrier construction through resilient supporting members 2. Detachable disks 7 are secured above resilient supporting members 2 on bars 3 mounted on frame by means of springs 4, cover 5 and joint nuts 6. Disk and spring system is covered with shell 8 fastened on bar 3 by nut 9. Eccentric vibratory exciter is mounted on frame 1. Connecting rod of vibratory exciter is connected with vibratory table through flexible system. Vibratory table is provided with brackets, which are clamped by rubber gaskets and attached to supporting surfaces by clips. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 2 dwg
