FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: ferry is made in form of catamaran whose floats are interconnected by means of transverse telescopic beams 6 and 7 and consist of at least two parts articulated together. Bearing driven twin rollers 15 and 16 are mounted in swivel brackets 38 and 39 and are kinematically linked with propeller 22 through gear mechanism. Bearing rollers 15 and 16 are set in rotation by drive wheels 52 of car. Turnable hinged column 20 is connected with car steering gear through swivel brackets 38 and 39 by means of leverage.
