FIELD: mining and building industries. SUBSTANCE: device has supply pipeline 1 with rotating sprinklers 2 consisting of stuffing clutch 3 connected by its input hole with supply pipeline 1 and by the output hole with knee-like hose 4 and the mechanism of the rotational speed stabilization. The mechanism includes gear wheel 5 rigidly put on stuffing clutch 3 and yoke 6 with opposing spring 7 hinged on knee-like hose 4 with the possibility of its periodical engagement with the gear wheel and of the rotational speed stabilization. Rotating sprinklers 2 are assembled above the stockpile of the loose material. Simultaneously with the beginning of stockpiling, water is supplied to the sprinklers. Through stuffing clutch 3 the water goes to knee-like hose 4 and is ejected to the stockpiling zone with the pressure jet. Under the action of the jet energy knee-like hose 4 rotates around the vertical axis forming a movable rain curtain. EFFECT: prevented dust formation in the zone of stockpiling and storing of loose materials. 3 dwg
