FIELD: transport; bicycles. SUBSTANCE: torque is applied to front driving wheel at reciprocating motion of steering bracket made in form of bell crank. Rotation of bell crank by means of two independent drives with sprockets and overrunning clutches is converter into unidirectional rotation of front driving wheel. Bell crank is acted upon by both hands and both feet of bicyclist. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 5 dwg
