FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: panel for sheathing the shipboard spaces has leaf 1 with attachment units located on two lateral sides. Attachment units are made in form of flanges which have smoothly engageable uprights 2, guides 3, locks 4 and retainer 5; uprights 2 are located at angle of 88-90 deg relative to leaf 1; guides 3 are located at angle of 60-62 deg relative to uprights; locks 4 are located at angle of 90 deg relative to guide and retainers 5 are located at angle of 60-62 deg relative to locks; these members are engageable at bending radius equal to thickness of leaf and uprights are engageable with leaf at bending radius equal to two thicknesses of leaf.
