FIELD: domestic appliances. SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic washing machine has vat with perforated partition, ultrasonic vibrator with resonator. Resonator is manufactured in the form of membrane coupled to vibrator with the aid of hollow body like ball or rod and attached to perforated partition via connecting shell in the form of truncated cone. Smaller base of shell is connected to membrane and bigger one to partition. Efficiency of washing is achieved by formation of microbubbles of hydrogen peroxide with local pressure 100 bars and temperature exceeding 1000 C which plays part of oxidizer.
