FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: torque converter has carrier, solar wheel, satellites with inertia weights, control disk, switching mechanism, and shifting clutch. The inertia weights are cylindrical, set in bushings, and pivotally connected with the control disk through carriers and crank. When the control disk is turned about the carrier by the eccentricity "e", the inertia weights is set in motion through two links. The satellites are set the weight in rotation.
