FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus uses chambers made in the form of separate detachable and interchangeable sections, interconnected through steam and transfer lines, with plates and injection members and guide disks built in them; injection members are made in the form of tubes with a variable cross-section and have at the bottom two rows of holes in the contracted and expanded parts of the member above the plate; and the length of the steam lines brought out beyond the sections is reduced twice as compared with the prototype; and partitions forming a segment duct for steam passage are installed before the steam outlet pipe unions. The apparatus design makes it possible to remove limitations in the section of the used injection members and apparatus single-unit power, reduce the steam rate, length of steam pipelines, decrease the pressure loss of sections and expenditure of metal on their manufacture.
