SUBSTANCE: installation has vessel 1 made of a large-diameter pipe connected through inlet (2) and outlet (3) pipes to pipeline 4 of the petroleum well product collection system. Vessel 1 accommodates tank 5 with chemical agent having branch pipes 6 and 7 used to feed the agent and discharge air, respectively. Installed in the annular space between the walls of vessel 1 and tank 5 and inlet (2) and outlet (3) pipes is annular perforated distributor 8, which is connected to the bottom part of the tank with chemical agent through pipeline 9 and proportioning pump 10.
