FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: decorative composite material is glued together of three sheets of birch veneer, one sheet of decorative paper impregnated with resin MП, one sheet of protective film ("overlay" paper impregnated with resin MП), one sheet of kraft paper impregnated with phenol formaldehyde resin, and five sheets of Bakelite film used as adhesive plies. After moulding with employment of aluminium spacers material with a homogeneous low-gloss finish is obtained at a complete absence of defects, usually caused by notches on the surface of aluminium. Spacers peeling defects on the surface of coating, and insufficient material moulding. EFFECT: improved quality. 3 cl, 1 dwg
