FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame mounting feed, separating and discharge conveyors. Angle of slope of feed conveyor relative to horizontal is 60-75 degrees; separating conveyor formed by cantilever rolls has two root guides, active and passive ones, the latter being arranged in middle portion of separating conveyor. Rolls located before passive guide shift roots from discharge conveyor, and rolls located after passive guide shift roots to discharge conveyor. In this case steep angle of rising of conveyor provides screening of impurities between conveyor members, and cantilever rolls of separating conveyor prevent blocking with plant residues at outlet, while guides promote movement and cleaning of roots.
