FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: drum-type vacuum-filter has: rotating horizontal drum, divided for some cells with canals, connected with distributing device, that has movable part with concentric holes and stationary part, that presents ring-type cavity, divided for vacuum chambers for filtration, washing and drying of sediment; chambers of compressed gas for making sediment loose and regeneration of filtering partition; vacuum evaporation system, composed of vacuum separators for main and washing filters, connected by separate vacuum lines with different vacuum pumps, that operate independently; and also trough for suspension with mixer; device fr washing and taking sediment out. The design of drum-type vacuum-filter alls to increase productivity of filtering process by 1.3- 1.4 fold and increase effectiveness of washing by 2 4 fold, and effectiveness of washed sediment drying by 1.1 1.3 fold.
