SUBSTANCE: planing-and-filling machine has one-purpose multifunctional modules for two-sided horizontal, two-sided vertical and universal-profile milling and the longitudinal laying out of the material with disk slabs. The machine consists of bedplates in which are mounted movable pillars, lower driving rollers, supporting tables, the mechanism for the pillar displacement, lower knife roller, milling cutters and the sawing unit. Crossbeams carrying upper clamping driving rollers, unit for pressing the material against the lower knife roller, upper knife roller, drive for the roller rotation with a horizontal shaft and conical transmissions continuously variable in the rotational frequency are fastened on the pillars.
