FIELD: chemistry of heterocyclic compounds. SUBSTANCE: product: iminothiazolines of the formula (I) given in description of invention where R1 haloid(lower) alkyl or haloid(lower) alkoxy; R2 methyl, ethyl or bromine; R3 lower alkyl, lower cycloalkyl, phenylamino each of which is nonobligatory substituted with halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, haloid(lower) alkyl; R4 H or halogen. Method of synthesis is described. Herbicide composition on the basis of iminothiazolines of the formula (I) and a method of struggle against weeds by addition of herbicide-effective dose (preferably 16-2000 g/ha) iminothiazoline of the formula (I) to the place of weeds growing.
