FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: smoke generator has sawdust burning chamber, hopper with agitator, sawdust meter, electrical heating bottom made in form of hollow cylinder with heat insulator on outer side, smoke duct, ash pan, smoke cleaning filter and drive with sawdust delivery automatic control. Novelty in design of smoke generator is that electric heating bottom made in form of hollow cylinder is installed vertically, and vertical shaft is passed through cylinder. Shaft executes interrupted rotary movements. Secured on shaft are sawdust meter and smoke duct. The latter has screen surface and it is located directly in hollow cylinder.
