Diaphragm having the form of disk with two opposite radial slits is located in the cavity of head 5. The slits make an area engageable with spring 2 and rotatable at 90 deg in the middle of the diaphragm. Rhombus-shaped slit for spring 2 to be set is made in central position in the lower part of head 5. Clamping and fixing the suspended curtains is carried out by means of L-shaped ends 3 of spring 2.
