FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: guiding chute of lap or sliver group is positioned after feeding rollers. Comb field has dividing pins. Bottom nipper jaw has dividing teeth of drop-like cross-section turned with their sharp face against inlet of product. Mounted under discharge conveyer of unit of detaching and formation of combing web is compensating conveyer kinematically connected with displacement device containing two groups. The first group consists, e.g. of four annular trumpets with rollers fastened to rack for varying distance between them, and the second group consists of two trumpets with rollers. Both groups are spaced with respect to each other over the sliver motion route. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
