FIELD: agriculture; analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: method for measuring and control over content of moisture in crop seeds involves sampling and taking measurements of the content of moisture by the weight or dielectric method. The samples are separated electrically. Moisture content measurements are taken for the smaller seeds fraction, and the values are used in controlling the content of moisture in the whole sample.
